We cook everything from Pork Spareribs with a dry rub of cavenders( a greek seasoning) to slowcooked Tri-tip with a special seasoning from a little butcher shop in ventura county and smoked with wet Orange Wood. My father made this for us and we enjoy it everytime we use it.
