One of the hardest fought California High School football games was played in Atwater, as the Los Banos Tigers win 48 to 47 over Buhach Colony's Thunder. The Tigers defense holds the impressive running Thunder offense and forces a fourth down play from the 11 with 20 seconds left in the game. The Thunder running backs were on their last breaths and they decide to take the big risk and go for the win with a pass to the corner of the end zone. A great idea with one exception, the CCC's number one Defensive Back was in position for the play and the Tigers #9 Dylan Marques intercepts the pass and wins the game and the CCC championship for the Los Banos Tigers!
Los Banos Tigers are the CCC Champions

Congrats Tigers and coaches for the best football season in the history of LB football! Also Congrats to Dylan Marques #9 AKA The shutdown DB. You deserved every award you got. That interception of yours will stay in the minds of many who saw it!
