Christmas Explosion

When I was a kid, my parents and grandparents would take me all over Tuolumne County to look at Christmas lights. There was one family in Twain Harte (The Waltz) that had a huge display and I was always amazed by how many lights they had and the size of their display. This past June, I made the mistake of watching a video on youtube and thought that was a cool twist to Christmas lights and wanted to see if I could do it too. With my inner kid coming out, I researched for a month or two and decided to make my own controllers that would hook up to a computer and see what I could do. I started putting the controllers together back in August and started the programing. I barly put it all together by December 1st. It was a long and stressful experience and it really payed off in the long run. You can expect to see a much bigger/brighter display next year!
