SKI JAMIN season kick-off!!!

SKI JAMIN, which stands for, Ski Institute for Junior American Minority Inner-City Neighborhoods, is a newly formed non profit organization, founded by, Mrs. Laurie Nelson, of Coarsegold, Calif. SKI JAMIN, has been designed to inspire, educate and create new experiences for minority inner city youth to participate in a winter sports program. 90 percent of the Central Valley's inner city youth have never even seen snow.The program will provide free access and instruction to ski and snowboarding areas. Students, instructors and volunteers will hit the slopes at Badger Pass on Saturday, January 9th 2010, to begin the 12 week winter program.
