Tess Johnson Lactation Services is now pleased to offer two different breastfeeding support groups per month. One will be in the Tower District, and the other in the Northeast part of Fresno. The meetings are intended to offer mom-to-mom support and friendship, along with the added bonus of an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant's perspective and teaching. Any woman who has attempted to breastfeed, is currently nursing, or is pregnant and wants to know more about breastfeeding is welcome to come join this warm circle of friendship. The meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month from 10:30am to 11:30am at Woodward Park Library in the conference room, or on the fourth Friday of the month from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at Ginkgo Tree Yoga, located at 1440 N. Van Ness. Tess Johnson Lactation Services also provides personalized lactation care in the comfort of your own home, as well as pump sales and rentals and other supplies. A low-cost Breastfeeding Class is available for expectant parents in addition to the support groups. Call Tess for dates, times, and locations of other lactation-related services! 905-6635
