On March 23, 2010 I was with my husband John at Kaiser waiting for his PETScan and Stefani was there doing a story. She was gracious and allowed my husband to take a picture of the two of us. The next day we found out that John's colon cancer from 2008 had returned with a vengence in his liver. We were told there were over 20 spots of cancer on his liver and there wasn't much that could be done. We saw an Oncologist on April 5th and the news wasn't good. On Tuesday April 6, 2010 my husband had a heart attack and died in Fresno Kaiser ER. We were married for 42 years and I loved him so much. On Saturday , April 24th I will be walking with my church, Lemoore United Methodist Church at Lemoore High School. I will be there during the day but will be carrying a picture of my Husband during the 8 pm walk. I wanted to let people know that there is a special person that I will be walking for.
