Im Megan Vawter, im 17, and have lived in Fresno my entire life. Im a junior in highschool and attend to J.E. Young and C.A.R.T. All of my photos were taken by myself and inspired by the beauty in and around Fresno that many people seem to walk passed daily without a second look. The sunset photo was taken on my roof during one of many of Fresno's beautiful sunset. The photo of the flowers was taken while I was in a photography class for zoo camp. It was taken in the rainforest of the Chaffee Zoo. The final photo of the tree, was one I took on a camping trip with my family, which was only about an hour and a half away from Fresno. Fresno is an amazing place to live if you love to go camping because you have all these amazing forests surrounding you that you can go visit on a weekend and not have to drive for hours. All of the reasons above are why I love Fresno, you just have to learn to not pass up the natural beauty of everything. Like the saying goes "stop and smell the roses."
The sunsets and sunrises in Fresno, are a sight to see.
