Incredible Kids Sweepstakes/Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older who are parents or legal guardians of the subject child, who must be between the ages of 0 to 10 years old at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in the United States. The sweepstakes begins on 05/24/2010 and offer will conclude after all valid entries have been received or on 7/04/2010 by noon whichever comes first. Limit one entry per email household. Void where prohibited.
TO ENTER: Post a video or a picture along with a description on why your KID Is INCREDIBLE! on KSEE 24.com/ YouNEWS. All online and in store entries must be received by 7/04/2010 midnight Pacific Standard Time. Prize drawing to be held on or about 7/09/2010 by 5:00 pm.
Sponsor(s) which shall include but not be limited to Children’s Hospital Central California, its officers, agents, and employees assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Web site visitors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should a computer virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PRIZES: (1) GrandPrize winner will be featured on a Children’s Hospital Central California commercial for KSEE 24. The winner will also receive a $50.00 Gift card from the Shops at RiverPark. (2) Runners up will receive a $50.00 gift card from the Shops at RiverPark, $50.00 from Carmel Kids and a $100.00 gift certificate to Heather Dunn’s Photography. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges and will review all qualified entries received during the sweepstakes time period. Winners will be notified by email. Winners are required to respond with a complete notification email within 24 hours of notification date on the email or an alternate winner will be selected. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions. Odds of winning based on the number of qualified entries received. Limit one prize per family or household. .
