Lauraine Snelling, author of over 60 published books with sales of over 2 million copies, will speak at Hope Lutheran Church, 364 E. Barstow in Fresno at 2 p.m. on Saurday, June 12. She will talk about Norwegian immigration to a fictional town of Blessing, ND in the late 1800s. Coffee and cookies will be served. This event is sponsored by Sons of Norway, Scandia Lodge and is free and open to the public.
